At rarePoke, we know how important box condition and secure delivery are to TCG collectors. We take every precaution to ensure your Japanese and English trading card games, booster boxes, and collector items arrive in pristine condition.

  1. Order Processing & Fulfillment All orders are processed and packed directly from our warehouse located at 9474 Arbor Lane Goodrich MI 48438. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

  2. Collector-Grade Packaging We treat your collectibles with the care they deserve:

  • All booster boxes and high-value items are securely packed using sturdy corrugated shipping boxes, reinforced corners, and generous layers of bubble wrap.

  • We minimize movement inside the box to protect against transit bumps and ensure your items arrive in collector-grade condition.

  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer reliable shipping options for both domestic and international collectors:

  • Domestic (United States): 7-10 days

  • International: 11-15 days

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your destination address. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their respective local governments.

  1. Missing or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives with severe structural damage caused by the carrier, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at contact@rarepoke.shop. Please include your order number and clear photos of the outer shipping box (including the shipping label) and the damaged items so we can file a claim and assist you with a replacement or refund.
